How does location-based photographer discovery work?
InstantPix uses your device's GPS or city to find verified photographers within your chosen radius (5–50 km). Results are sorted by distance with live distance labels.
Are photographers background-verified?
Yes. All photographers go through a KYC verification process including ID check and portfolio review before appearing in search results.
How does Razorpay payment protection work?
Payments are held securely via Razorpay. Funds are released to the photographer only after the event is completed and you confirm satisfaction.
What is the AI face search?
After your event, upload a selfie and our AI matches your face across the entire gallery — delivering every photo you appear in within seconds.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancellations made 24+ hours before the event receive a full (100%) refund; within 24 hours of the event you receive a 75% refund (a 25% late-cancellation fee applies). See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
How do I find my photos after an event?
Go to Find My Photos, enter your event code (shared by the organiser or photographer), and upload a selfie. AI face search delivers every photo you appear in within seconds.
Can photographers upload event albums for their clients?
Yes. Photographers create an event code, upload the album, and assign client access. Clients then retrieve their photos using the same code — connecting bookings to photo delivery.
